When do Clowns pair up?

I have 2 O. Clowns that I puchased about 3 months ago, and were captive bread. They are currently about 1.2 inches long and 1 inch long. They are the only fish currently in a new tank and they have no nesting site at this point. At what age and size do they pair? Or how do you get them to pair?
