When do you change DI media

How do you determine when it's time to change your DI filter media. The TDS says 0, but i don't want to be behind the curve.

I use a color changing media, which reminds me, I noticed yesterday it is close to time.

I just put in a new inline TDS meter, not sure if I will wait until it comes up off of zero

i change mine when my tds comes out anything higher then 2

That makes sense,it's still reading 0. I'll change it when it gets to 2 ppm.
