Time for fresh people and get club going again. I have some time on hands dont mind helping out. But dont when i gave suggestions people thought i was talking bad about club so kinda made me rethink.
I think we shou have set dates like 2nd sat of each month. Need someone that update facebook and do more posts. Maybe do a post and have positions listed and see whos intrested.

Um, what does this all involve? I would like to see club change for the best. Ive paid for our web site and like to see more social media stuff. Rite now needs lots of work but i also cant do alone. Would want someone elese that would like to see this be a successful club. This area is strange tho compared to bay area and surrounding areas. They seem to have club pretty well structured. This is what we lack in my opinion.

Well should we get together and brainstorm on ideas of how the get the club more structured and increase the interested for new members.
As I said before I'm more than happy to help design and put the website together, and that is the easy part, I think the question is what we want to get out of it, and are the main goals of the club.

I've been VP for several years and I'm ready to step down.
Do I see any hands up for the the two jobs?
In the past, the Pres. organized the raffle and ordered corals if we are buying. I brought the raffle tickets and other odds and ends. I also contacted BRS for a donation when we do the holiday swap.

I'm still around
I've been super busy with work and remodeling my house lately and haven't been able to make it up to the last few meetings (I live in Martinez so its a bit of a drive). I don't have time for a BOD position but am more than willing to help and give advice to anyone that wants to take it on.
We need to give some of the newer members a chance to see what they can do with the club. Hand over the reigns like Grant and Tom did with me and Jason a few years back.

I been thinking and not sure im the best pick for bod. Some of you know what im working on and dont want any conflicts. Those that know do u think that it be a issue. Guess we should have a meeting soon to see what members want

Well, I think that maybe instead of having a swap, maybe we get the club together to discuss BOD. Maybe at a round table pizza meeting room?
I think establishing the BOD is the very first thing that needs to happen before we make any other changes.
I am willing to step up if no one else does if it means keeping the club alive. But please, read my previous post about what my life currently looks like before everything thinks "great. Done deal!"

Im willing to step in but want feedback if think its a issue what im trying to do. I don't even know if it get to point i want it. Alot of walls keeping me back.
Guys there's not that much to running the club. If you guys are willing to step up that's great. If you want to do something and as the people stepping up go for it! Your not going to break it.

I've got some frags I saved from our last meeting as well as a couple i bought from Steve Ruddy. We have over $300 in club funds to purchase or do whatever the club would like.
