When should meetings be/ how often

I think the bbq in the summer during the day have been cool. I know fri. night works better for some so I say mix it up.

I am of the opinon that having a consistant time and place once a month would do wonders to grow the club. For example, I know without having to check with anyone that the San Francisco Aquarium Society meetings are the first friday of the month at 7pm at the same location every month. this way you can plan for it. My hope is that we can get to that point. I check their web site to see what the topic is but I know the time and the place is always the same. It is that easy.

I agree with James. I think every month same place same time works great. 6 weeks in between is too long. The occational BBQ or Holiday is great too. We should try to do the round table pizza thing again. Fridays at 7pm is my vote. Maybe 1st or 2nd Friday on each month?
