When to be Concerned

I have a new 29g tank that is finished cycling (LFS agreed with tests). It has 22+lbs of cured liverock. We decided to add a black and white ocellaris and a semi Picasso. The semi Picasso is slightly larger. They are both staying near the top corner, but the Picasso has rarely been going more than a couple inches from the top. He occasionally blows a bubble and rolls a little. He seems to be swimming fine other than that and can maintain his posture. Both are eating actively.

Any warning signs I should be looking for? The store I got them from quarantines for a month and had them for longer than that. Both tank bred and not skinny. No signs of ich.

Sounds like oxygen deficiency.. You might try an airstone.

Are they breathing heavily? They might just be overwhelmed with the change and they will "explore"once they realize that they are there to stay.

Neither was breathing heavily or gasping. The reason I was worried was that the black and white seemed to be swimming a lot more natural. When I returned from breakfast the Picasso was more constantly slanted to a side. I called the LFS and they had me bring him in to be put in a hospital tank and percautiously medicated for any swim bladder issues. I rushed him in because I don't have the means to hospitalize the him and wouldn't be able to get the store for a couple days if I didn't go today.

I opted not to bring home a replacement because I liked this guy and will hopefully have him back in two weeks. In the mean time I bought some higher quality water and plan to prep the tank for a couple beginner soft corals and a shrimp/goby pair they offered me next week.
