My father would say there is some sort of conspiracy going on here to deny us all products for so long. Maybe if rvitko would quit sniffing glue long enough he could start a support group for
those of us waiting for something thatââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s back ordered. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m almost embarrassed to admit I check this forum daily hoping for word of a new shipment.

Hi, my name is Bob and Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m a Tunzeaholic. It has been 77 days since I placed my last order......

(Just in case anyone canââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t tell, I am a BIG FAN of Tunze products and this posting is in jest.)

Oh yea, any new word on the Magnet holders for the streams? Thanks

No conspiracy. Seeing as I essentially make a percentage of what I sell, the more I could sell the better for me. I have every incentive to sell as much as I can, but I can only sell what I can actually get. For perspective the US used to be a trivial market, sales have doubled every year for three years until we now equal the domestic markets of France and Germany. Production has doubled but in all likelihood next year we will be the single biggest market so it is just an issue of production capacity. The magnets are a good example of this we thought we would sell maybe 2000 in 6 months. We sold that in 3 and it takes almost 2 months just to get resupplied on the raw materials. New products tend to have these problems but once we get a feel for demand it gets better. On the Streams it is tough because demand has really spiked and while back in August we were caught up the Christmas demand has been enormous and while I get more pumps than ever it isn't enough for this busy season. I have worked with Tunze for 6 years now and I can say things have greatly improved in quality control and production but we just still need more. We talk about this problem at every meeting but if we abandon being "small" and family run we will lose the reason we are so successful which is our innovation and ability to make a profit on small scale production of unique items. A big company with a huge capacity has to make the same crap everyone else does that you can sell 100,000's of like air pumps and basic powerheads and even then they usually just repackage what someone in China or Italy makes.

Anyway, I get some large magnet holders next week. I think morw will arrive before Christmas.
