Where are you guys getting BLACK PVC?

What you are looking for is called abs pipe not pvc.It is used for plumbing drainage in homes!

You left out the part about it being a really bad choice for plumbing a tank.

Most of the black PVC setups you see are painted. I looked all over for a black PVC solution and other than my Flex PVC I ended up painting everything but my sch80 stuff... the black-grey combo turned out really nice IMHO

I am looking to make a spray bar, so this will be 'IN' the water.
Ill check that site. I dont need a ton of it, maybe 7-8 feet or 3/4"

The PVC I had it on was a durso, and I currently have it on the inlet elbows of my siphon overflow. Both are completely submerged.

If you do use Krylon in water, make sure you wait the full 7 day cure time, as it will chip if you put it in before full cure, IME.

I did a double spray bar (divided with a squid) and ran them down the back of the tank (I have rock stacked up high, kind of against the back glass). It works great. I can even dial up the water pressure (3500gph pump) and blow the rocks really clean just before I do a water and filter sock change. I didn't paint mine, but in under 9 months any that show are covered with coraline. The ones behind the rocks are still quite clean. If your spray bars will be exposed all the time, coraline may be an issue that you will need to address as it will plug the holes (I chose to do lots of small holes rather than a smaller number of bigger holes).
