Where can I get JBJ chiller replacement parts?

Hello,

Does any body know where I can get some JBJ chiller replacement parts. I'm specifically looking for; 3/4" hose elbow, rubber gasket, and hose nut. I'm looking for two of each. If anybody knows where I can get some please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get those barb fittings @ OSH

You might even have to use some PVC and adapters.

I have yet to try OSH, however I did go to ACE hardware and they had a whole bunch of barb fittings also. Unfortunately my problem is I can't find an adapter for the threaded pipe coming out of the chiller, a 1" is too small and a 1 1/4" is too big.

Did'n't yours come with other sizes beside the 3/4? They had a 1/2 and I believea 5/8" barb that came in the box as well.

I bought my chiller used from some guy in LA and supposedly the fittings are in the box but there were none. Missing the barb is not the problem because like you said I can get that at any hardware store, what I'm missing is what connects the barb onto the chiller which is the rubber gaskets and hose nuts. I can bypass the rubber gaskets and hose nuts but I can't seem to find an adapter to work with the threaded pipe coming out of the chiller.

There are these thread/thread black pipes they sell in 1/2" and 3/4 comes in different lenghts

I found these that might work

you can also buy different size gasgets @ OSH and to be sure just use teflon with the gasgets.

what size chiller is it? I have a 1/10hp I'm only using the 1/2" barbs. I'll see if I can find my spare fittings, if I find it you can have it. But don't give up looking though cause I might not be able find it.

Oh yeah to answer your question I have a 1/4 hp.
