where do they grow best

I have a 20g frag tank I turned into a reef.. its 24"x24"x9" deep with a 10g sump/half refugium. pics in gallery. I have a 150w MH 2 mj 1200's and a 350gph return. the tank has great flow and lighting. I am at 1.024 SG, and tank temps of 78-80. I currently have 2 seperate frags placed on the bottom of the tank in indirect flow and lighting.. also what can I feed them if anything to help speed the process up? any advice is appreciated.. thanks, zach

Your set up sounds great. I wouldn't worry about feeding unless you have LPS corals or Palythoas the will readly take food. Good params good flow and lots of light your babies will grow!! Good luck!
