You may need a body guard & a weapons cache. For after dark an armor plated Humvee may do the trick.

If you go during the day its not bad. The place itself is 'gated' and run by some nice people. Yeah, I wouldnt walk there... but its not bad.

It is not that bad of an area anymore compared to 20 years ago. If you look at the MILW crime map you will find the rougher parts have moved much further North.

But then again you most consider that there is little left besides vacant lots in the near North Side.
