People have mentioned a lot of different meeting places, as well as having threads on good places to eat. At our town hall meeting we talked about how flexible this club was going to be. Some of you probably left that night thinking, "we will see!"

Let's plan events together, everyone's ideas need to be heard. I have a lot of ideas on this and most importantly we want to hear what you all have to say. There is nothing better than experiencing a good time with your friends. The purpose of this thread is to establish what the members would like to see happen. Where do you want to go? What do you want to see? We need some input! Once we get enough replies, polls will be created to help prioritize. Then we can get going on the planning! Speak up, we could be coming your way!

I think meeting at a reefer's house once in a while during the warmer months for BBQ would be fun.

I wanna get a group together and get some BBQ down in Cape. Visit that Cranky Gazeebo guy LFS with some nice 120 coral tanks. He is cool and fun to talk too once he gets to know ya. Meet some of our reef friends down south in their neck of the woods. :thumbsup:

Yeah thats a family atmosphere !:lol:
Party cove is cool,but when you get there early on a good weekend you cannot leave beacuse you usually get boxed in with million dollar fiberglass !!!! But I have had worse problems !

I also want to go to Nemos and the other Illinois stores out that way.

Not for a month or two??? I grill all year round!
Just gotta make sure the flames don't get too high because of the ceiling in the kitchen isn't very high

I've got two business trips and a vacation planned so i'm pretty much booked for a few months. Seattle this week. Wichita in two weeks, Washington DC after that...

I've been known to stand in the snow while using my grill too.. gotta love grillin.
