They closed a year after I bought my machine shop out here. The right move at the right time, I must say. That big crank out front was a tugboat crank. Grew up in Chicago Ridge/Oak Lawn/Burbank..... but crossed the border nearly 20 years ago now... currently in Schererville.

that was some of my stomping grounds as a kid...my uncle lived on Loveland just down from Lane School. my cuz and i would ride our bikes by the trails along to creek and behind the ball fields there. hell you might have even known my uncle, Dennis Lyskawa ring a bell?
