Where is that thread about the cyst infections?

I remember seeing that thread about the 'dangers of reefkeeping' or something like that about the infection you can get where a large granular cyst develops under the skin. Can someone link me to that page...I have a friend who I think might have it and whose doctor doesnt know about it.....thx.
