I ordered two things on appr. Jan 9 or 10 I was hoping to get the by the Jan 13th funny I have not received it as of 1/19/16 or 10 days or so, and I am about 70 miles away from your facilities. It used to take 1 to 3 days to get something, so I am not sure what is going on. I kind of really need the Aqua Lifter pump. I did use the cheap shipping rate.

Is this the new norm, supper slow shipping?

This has been resolved my computer is glitching so my pay pal did not go through, so I canceled my order and just went to a LFS. Time for a new computer.

If your computer is not allowing you to place orders at MD, it is definitely time to replace that bad boy. :hammer:
