Where should flow be directed

Hello! I recently started a 120 gallon reef that is still in the process of being completed. Once its ready for an Anemone I plan on buying a BTA and a pair of Gold Bar Maroons. If I want to keep an anemone happy in one place, where should I direct the flow of the water? I read the anemone FAQs and saw that they tend to gravitate towards power heads.

Also, the tank is about 24" high and I want to make sure that I give it enough light. I'm still getting all my live rock set up (I'm trying to think down the road here) so whereabouts should I place the anemone in relation to my lights? I am running the "Omni" t5 setup 4-bulb 54watt.

Just want to make sure I know everything I can before finishing my setup.

you gonna have to wait at least 8 months for your tank to stabilize.

the anemone will go where it wants to be at so it doesnt really matter where you place it some people will get lucky and the nem will stay there but for most of us they tend to walk.
