where should these live?

I have a 55G tall(20 inches deep) with 250W 10K MH with 2 Helios HO Actinics all about 9 inches off the waters surface. A friend brought me these frags the other day and I would like to know the best place for them in the tank so that they will spread/grow in abundance. Ultimately, I wanted them to fill out the empty rock work...the rest of the tank is mainly LPS with just a couple leathers.

They will grow anywhere... what lights were they under before you had them?

i don't know what they were under originally, they came from the US to Canada, and here before I picked them up, they were just under a 50/50 corallife screw in bulb in a holding tank.

Yeah... they will be fine anywhere.. but I'd watch them to make sure you aren't gonna bleach them with that 10k... they should be fine though.

start them low and move them up as they acclimate..

Like Marvin said start from the bottom and work your way up as they acclimate.....this way you won't shock them...

I always start my new zoos in the sand bed, and move up as needed, or until I find just were I want them.

those zoos need darkness and you have too much light, you need to package them today and send them to me .........LOL, ok, i tried, nice zoos too
