Where to buy a 20 gal fish tank long

I'm looking to get a 20 gallon fish tank long. But I can't seem to find a cheap one. Petco is selling them for 40 dollars. There 1$ per gal sale isn't out yet and I don't do pals rewards. Does anyone by chance know of a cheap place to get them? Or is 40$ the best I'm looking at?

They are having it in Wilkes Barre pa not sure about ur area
If not try pet supplies plus in my area 20 long was about 28 bucks
