where to get frags in jacksonville?

Just figured I would add my 2 cents!!
If we cant even mention a store then why do we bother with this site....
Just because someone says something about the store they work at. There are certain people on here that do work for a certain store and they always mention stuff.....If you want to move me on, go right ahead. alll that does is prove that you are on a power trip. Nothing would have ever been said had a certain person not opened his mouth and made an un-necessary coment.

Seriously....If you think Reef Central exists to allow you to promote your business, you are quite mistaken.
RC has existed from the beginning with a written rule in our [ua] of not allowing commercial businesses to advertise in the forums. It's as simple as "because that's what the rules say". If you are not fond of that rule, that's perfectly ok...but the rules still apply. There's other boards out there that allow members and business owners to write and say whatever they want. That's not what RC does.
The rules say you cannot mention your store (or employees, investors..etc). It does not say other patrons of your business cannot....It simply does not allow you as a non-subjective person to promote your business.

Question, Can a LFS talk about a sponsor company, Good or bad?

I'm assuming you an LFS owner by your occupation, thank you for the honestly there (seriously...we need more of that in general).
So you are asking if you can talk, good or bad, about an LFS? My assumption is that it is more toward the bad that you are asking about. Positive things, sure...that's easy. But negative things, that's trouble.
This is a very, very slippery slope and would say that it is best if you do not. Understand that if you, as a competitive business owner, come in and start posting negative things about another store/sponsor, it will look like absolutley nothing but competitive bashing. The problem then becomes that the other side will naturally want to respond to your comments but, they cannot. So it would be unfair to allow you to voice negative things to post things about another store and not allow the other side to answer them.
Frankly, what you are asking is a recipie for an all-out commercial war in this forum.
BTW, sponsor or no sponsor has no bearing on this conversation....Simply because someone is a sponsor does not mean we provide them "protection" of any sort. They buy banner ads and a product forum (sometimes), that's it.

I just got back from jacksonville this past weekend. Visited my parents on vacation there.
I stopped at:
Bio-reef
Atlantis
Aqua Zoo
Here is my reviews.
Bio-Reef: Always a favorite. Staff is friendly, and the new store is pretty cool. Lots of stuff. lots of fish and corals. nothing terribly awesome....except a nice size dull green acan Lord....but it also toted a hefty price tag, but it was a large colony!!!
Atlantis : its ok, not particularly organized or professional looking, but also had a lot of livestock. nice selection of corals and fish.....too bad customer service gets a thumbs down. I wondered around for 20 minutes and niether of the 2 guys there even said hello. there was only 1 other customer in the store. I was actually eyeing an acan...but no one offered to assist me.
Aqua Zoo: always fun to look. usually have tons of fish, and as someone else said they dont have hardly any corals. lots of drygoods, but didnt look at prices.

My previous Visit I went to Robs Reef, very friendly staff, and TONS of frags, bunch of colonies and lots of fish.....too bad I didnt go there this time around.
cant say that any of them are not worth looking at, IMO, most of the places had more fish then corals.
