where to house the fry sump or seprate

well first off i'm new. i'm in the middle of setting of my 75g mixed reef tank. well since i'll have have bangaiis cardinals i don't won't them to just become feeders... so how should i rasie them i should i planed on haveing them in the sump i'll have sevral chambers for them or should i have separte area for them i liked to have them attach to the main tank for stable water conditions. so what do you think i should do? thanks guys

ok well i found an old 20l so i'll use that for rasing babies but it will still be attach to the filter for stablity. how many parts should i divide into dividing into 4 secitongs makes each 4.5gallons
