Where's a good/cheap place?

Not too long ago I got a chance to go scuba diving in Jamaica. Freakin' loved it! We're planning another trip and I was looking for some insight as to where to go. It's got to be reasonable, like bahamas or Jamaica, or Aruba, somewhere like that. Can't afford to go to Australia right now....

Cheapest best diving around would be Cozumel. Visit www.scubaboard.com and you will find all the information you can handle.

Also Puerto Rico is very reasonable and no passport needed!!

Bonaire is your best bet in the whole Caribbean!

Best bet for diving, agreed. Value, not exactly the cheapest.

I agree, Bonaire is a relatively inexpensive place to dive and the diving is wonderful. Especially if you like small critters. Another very cheap place is Roatan and/or Utila. Accomodations are cheap, the diving can get as low as $15/20 a dive, and the diving is superb. One of my favorite spots. You can do either a resort such as Anthony's Key, or stay at the West End and use a dive operator such as Ocean Connections. Great service, great diving. Good luck.
