Tis the season. What's everyone planning for their tanks? I know some of you are taking this refund as a chance to do that one thing that's been needing to get done. I'm getting the overflow box and return pump for my sump to get that up and going. Then socking it away for the FFM!

I had planned on getting a new lighting system with my returns. But between my wife and myself having a pretty good year income wise, the government decided that the $40k they took in taxes wasnt enough and killed my return plans.

Minimal return and the wife will be using it to pay off other things (plus I just upgraded to Radion so there really isn't anything I need except a larger tank).

Both my wife and myself claim 0 for exemptions on our pay, and up until this year we have always gotten a few grand back. But last year we must have just crept over the tax bracket limit and kind of screwed ourselves. Its amazing what a difference a few grand can make.

New lighting for me (even though it's only 4 months old). I'm switching out my Hamilton 400 watt DE 14k's for Radium single end 400 watt 20k's. Unfortunately, to do this I have to buy all new pendants and ballasts. Anyone looking for 400 watters? I'll sell both with ballasts for 150.00. I'm thinking a GEO calcium reactor for me too, but I probably can't do both.

Made more this year ... Got back a lot less. Paid off some credit cards... Still a little bit left over for coral. Hit most of the local shops and didn't get much. Going to make a big order from coralgasm or cherrycorals any day now. Can't wait for the ffm...
