Which 125 should I go for? Oceanic or Aga?

I used to have an Oceanic 46 bowfront and it was awesome, so sturdy and soild, any tank over 10 gal i would only get an Oceanic.

All-Glass owns Oceanic but I think the trim is nicer on Oceanic, rounded where it meets the glass. If the price is the same I'd say Oceanic.

If this gives you an idea of quality, my 65 Oceanic has the same glass thickness of my AGA 125, I won't be banging any LR against the glass of my 125 thats for sure.

Yes, I have two. What Im asking is the 180 with the bars and the stands. I would get the AGA modern series.

Ocenic is more but that really is not a issue. What about the Bars over the top of the tank.

What are we talking on a 125? Maybe 100 feet spread over 6 feet? If IM that close I really should worry.

What are you asking? Is it a 180 or a 125?

Screw the Acrylic it stinks unless you like something that will scratch with a finger nail. I don't think Oceanic makes a 125. I believe it is a 135 and it has a glass center brace. Same dimensions as a 125, just a smidge taller.

I have a 125 AGA which has been set up for 18 months, no problems. This thread is interesting since I will be ordering a 180 in a couple weeks which I planned on a oceanic but now I might stay with AGA. I was thinking about the oceanic to get the thicker glass and suppsedly better tank. I would like to see more opinions here. Anyone have the oceanis 180 ? besides the previous broken one. Anyone know if they are still made this way ?
