Which clowns for Carpet?

Haddonis are natural hosts for Akindynos, Chrysogaster, Polymnus, Clarkii, and Sebae.

Personally I have a Clarkii pair and a Perideraion ( pink skunk ) pair being hosted by a Haddoni ( separate tanks )

not to hijack thread but how long did it take your pink skunks to host in your haddoni? Mine have been in tank with anemone over a month and they aren't hosting, they sleep a couple inches from it but never go in...

They were being hosted by an LTA, I moved that to another tank when I put the Haddoni in with them. I want to say it took about 2 weeks for the female to be hosted by it, then another week for the male. Now, they almost never leave it.

i have tried the putting a picture of a clownfish in an anemone on the glass next to the carpet, nothing.... i have 2 tank raised smaller ones and a larger wild caught (added that one after the tank raised ones wouldn't host, thought a wild caught would be a better option) i can't really lure them with food to the anemone cause all the bigger fish will just go and eat the food first... it is soo frustrating when you have a huge carpet in your tank and the clowns won't go in it..
