i've been fairly comfortable with the emperor juvie and bluejaw since they're eating so well and am active under hypo for over 2 weeks now.

thats all i have and a <1" blue green chromis.

i can imagine getting stressed out when a fish doesnt eat for days or have ich.

my clown tang, not really nervous but not sure what to expect for in the future if its going to be a good clown tang or a pure cold blooded killer.

My foxface, I just never know what coral he is going to try and sample next!
Other than that, my Sohal. At the moment he is dominant, I'm worried as he gets older he may go Osama on me !

Green Mandarin

I'm 9 months in and she's eating prepared foods, I just hope buying her was the right thing to do. Maybe they are better left in the ocean, but I suppose that goes with all our fish. I guess she's better off with me than an impulse buyer...

My blue green mandarin also, he's not eating prepared food so I always make sure I have enough pods for him. I had an ORA madarin before but he wasn't eating any small spectrum pellets like they claimed. He was tiny also to hunt the pods. I think ORA trained them to be retarded.

My achilles. I am always worried he will get sick and kill all the other fish with him.

By "get sick"; I assume you mean come down with parasites. If your DT was parasite free and you properly QTd the Achilles; nothing to worry about. Achilles can be tough to keep , but aren't going to "get sick and kill the other fish''.

mine would have to be the filefish I just added yesterday to try and get a handle on my Aiptasia problem. I added him to my 120 mixed reef and am afraid by the minute of what coral will be nipped or snacked on. no sign of any Aiptasia being eaten yet but it had only been two days.

My baby cowfish, he's healthy and eating heartily but I fear that something unexpected could cause him severe stress or death and nuke my whole tank

My black trigger he is an aggressive eating and has already killed 2 fish. Both of them was going for the same piece of food and the other fish got the short end of the stick.

Yes I meant parasites. You hear the stories of achilles getting ich, infecting the whole tank, killing all the other fish and then die.
I didn't QTd the achilles. It came from another reefer were it was healthy for over a year. The tank it came from was huge so putting it in a small QT would have stressed it too much so he went right in to the DT. He's very healthy, but you never know.

If the other guys tank was ich free and so is yours; there is no way the Achilles can get ich---no matter how stressed he gets. If he's eating well, he'll probably be fine. These are difficult fish under the best of circumstances.

the 4 banggai i bought yesterday. i've gone through atleast a dozen trying to get healthy ones :( atleast these are eating already

You do know they have captive bred...hopefully.

We have someone in our local club who has a mated pair, the offspring are pretty easy to keep. Maybe it's not the fish, but something in your tank..

I have a blue throat trigger I bought thursday last week that hasn't eaten yet. He samples nori, flake, and frozen, but then spits it all out.
