Which light to choose?

I have a 36g bowfront tank with 40 lbs of live rock and numerous soft corals. Debating between these two Odyssea lights. (Yes I know about their bad rep). Should I go with the 24' 4 x T5 fixture or the halide with 2 PCs?

Both can be found at aquatraders.com. The T5s is running $69 and the metal halide w/PC is 139.

I cant decide. Input welcome.

What do you plan on keeping? That is the deciding factor on if the lights are ok or not IMO.

Softies, LPS, Mushrooms, zoos, and maybe clams? Probably not SPS because of care required.

MH if you plan on clams, if not, the T5s will be fine.

Would my plastic center tank brace have any impact on choice? It is about 3 inches thick and runs straight down the middle of the tank from front to back.
