Which Metal Halide bulbs to get

I currently have two 175 watt 14k MHs & two 46.5 T5s on my 125g. I need to replace the bulbs on the MHs. I like the 14k color but would like to know what brand lamp & color everyone would recommend and why?

Iwasaki 15K in the 175W these are actually called par busters cause of the great par especially for a 175W bulb

I've been using XM 20K 250W bulbs. Sanjay likes the Ushio 14K bulbs for 250W applications. That's what I'm switching to next replacement cycle. You can take a look at his data at...

I can't do the Ushio, I don't have a pulse start on my ballast. I think 175 watt lamps are a little light for my tank but that is all I can do right now. So I wanted to get the best bulb possible for my tank.
