"The Rare Clownfish Breeding Farm" would be the most natural way to say it in English, but that sounds more like a slogan rather than a business name. Most businesses would be named something like, " Blue Ocean Farm - specialising in breeding rare clownfish" or "Open Sea, The rare clownfish breeding farm" where "Blue Ocean Farm" or "Open Sea" is the name of the company, but it is written in promotional literature with the slogan afterwards.

I think the titles are too wordy. I don't know if you meant part of it to be a slogan, but of those you listed I like...

The "farm" needs to go, maybe something that is not so predictiable so it will define it as your own store.
How about "Anemonefish Exotics"
