Which overflow/return combo would you choose?

Here are my plans. Tell me which one sounds better.
40g breeder DT with 40g breeder sump/fuge. Lots of LR and DSB in the fuge, bubble magus NAC6 skimmer.

ok two choices.
glass holes super nano overflow (rated up to 300gph) with an eheim 1250 return pump (rated at 317gph)?
or
glass holes 700gph overflow with an eheim 1260 return pump(rated at 635gph)?

This will be my first build. Should I try to match the overflow gph to the return pump gph as close as possible? Should the overflow gph be more than the return pump gph or vise versa?

get the 700gph because when you get a bigger tank down the road you can reuse it

Good idea, but I only have room for a 36" tank. I originally planned on the 700.
