Which powerhead is better for flow behind a rock? Experience with these brands?

What do you think is better for some flow behind the rock?

Any experience with any of these brands?

The reason I chose smaller GPH and smaller pumps for you to choose is that this is going in a seahorse tank. So now I need to determine which pump is worth my money. Many seahorse hobbyist say that powerheads are not needed, but I believe that atleast some lower flow is good behind and through the live rocks. So if you can help me with which to choose from I would greatly appreciate this.

I know that if I would point the powerhead upwards (flowing going up), behind the rocks in the corner of the tank, this would probably create a more balanced flow allowing for some calmer spots and also the much needed flow through the rocks.

Which is better for this application in your opinion?

Since I only have experience with Maxi-Jet and SEIO, I don't know much about these other brands listed above.

If any of you guys have any of these above and know that they are worth it over SEIO and Maxi-Jet please let me know.
