I currently have a scopas and a powder blue tang. Which tang would be compatible with these 2?

I'm surprised you haven't had issues with the scopas and pbt. What size tank? How long have the two existing tangs been together?
I'm also concerned that you have lost a pufferfish and a humu trigger lately. I would slow down on adding more fish until your tank become more stable.
*edit* I see that you just recently added both fish and the tank is fairly new. I urge you to slow down and not add more fish until your tank matures a bit.
