Which tunze?

hey,

I've been thinking for a while of switching to tunze in my 58 gallon tank, what setup do you think would be best? one 6020 or the 6000 kit? I'd really appreciate your feed back and where is the best place, in your opinion, to order one?

IMO, you'd be better off spending the extra money on getting the 6000 kit because you have the choice on setting the speed. If you go with the 6020, you will not be able to controll it and may want a bit more flow were as the Tunze 6000 would have that bit extra flow that you'd may want.

If you go with the 6000 I hope you have a BB tank. IMO it will be to much for your tank unles you keep the flow down to 30-50%

It depends what you keep for SPS and if the substrate is at least a coarse sand it is fine. We have no 6020 so i am not sure what model you are talking about. The best choice for corals that don't like so much flow would be a 7300/2 which can also be controlled.
