White BTA Frag

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday my mother in law bought for me a frag BTA.

It is about 1" in diameter and white in color.

This is my first anemone.

I placed him on a piece of rock about half way up the tank. He clamped on almost right away and overnight he repositioned himself about 1" from his first spot.

From what I have read he is bleached. Any thoughts or suggestions as to how to help this guy grow up would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

a frag bta or a small bta? either way, bta needs a mature system with proper lighting and medium indirect flow to thrive. bta is probably the easiest anemone to keep.

Thank NYCBOB, tank is 9 months old now with good LED lighting. I positioned him in medium indirect flow. I guess I am wondering what, if anything, I should do in addition to that since he was white from the LFS.
Was it just stress from the frag process?
Should I feed him?

Thanks
