White Bump on True percula clownfish! Help needed to identify

Hello,
Recently I added hammer Corals to my tank. My true percula started hosting into it in a couple of days of addition. Now it's too much obsessed with it and goes in and out of it very much. So after two days of this I saw white spot/bump on its body looking like fungus idk. Clownfish is moving and eating normally for now. Please help me identify the disease and help in treatment.

Can you try taking a few better high-resolution pictures and upload them via Tapatalk so that they won't be resized.

Does this look like it is below the fish's skin or does it look like it sits on the fish? In the latter case, it could be a parasitic isopod.

Should I send you drive Link?

Might help if the original picture is better.
How does it look in person? Clearly defined with a sharp edge, like a foreign object sitting on the fish or more transitioning like an inflamed wound?
Is it growing, shrinking, or maintaining size?
Does the fish seem to be bothered by it or is it behaving normal?

To describe the wound, it's not a foreign object sitting on it. it's mostly like a human pimple, white fungus type bump on skin.it was bigger in size yesterday now it's small.
The fish is swimming, breathing, eating, behaving normally as usual.
Another bump has started to emerge on the same side of fish.

I think it's maybe due to that hammer coral. Do corals damage clownfish?

It looks a bit like a burn or an infected wound. The coral as the cause is definitely a possibility to have caused those burns, especially if you just added the fish and it had not been in an anemone for a while.
At this point, I would observe and see how it develops. As long as the fish doesn't seem bothered by it or behaves otherwise distressed it is likely nothing serious.
But just in case you may want to get a quarantine tank on standby and get some antibacterial medications.

Thank you sir, can you suggest some antibacterial medicines ?

Commonly available would be API's Furan 2, Melafix, General Cure.
Broadband antibiotics like Amoxicillin, Ciprofloxin, Septra, just to name a few, would be better to treat more aggressively if the infection is more serious.
