White bump on tubs blue zoo's

I have the pox on my zoo's I have read the sticky at the top. From what I gather is nothing works but leaving them be and let it run its course? Has anyone found a cure? It has affect my blues which really sucks.

Any help would be great

Water changes, general maint seems to be the only cure.

Should I up my %10 water change to weekly instead of every two weeks?

Never hurts (well, almost never, but that's another story). I had some do it and they made a recovery with no help from me... I lost a few, but you can't tell it now.
