White bumps under skin

I have had a yellow watchman goby for about 6 or 7 years.When I purchased him I didn't pay very close attention but throughout his body he has little white lumps some close to the surface of the skin some much deeper. After having him this long with this problem I am not worried about it killing him or my other long lived tank inhabitants but what the heck could it be??Thought it was about time to ask.O yeah and bumps are round and the size of a blunt pencil point.

Could be many things. Any idea how long the bumps have been around? Might be helpful if you could post a picture.

Giving a BUMP to the bumps or shall I say cysts

Goinb to be tough to get a shot of him but I will try.The cysts or bumbs have been around sice I got him 6 or 7 years ago.They have not changed,no more no less.
