White coloration around clownfish mouth???

I noticed a white coloration on the chin on my male clownfish a week or two ago. It has been eating well, no problems breathing, acting normally, so I thought it just might be injuries sustained from his abusive wife. Tonight however under royal blues only I noticed that the female half also has white coloration around her lips. They both now look as if they dipped their lips in powder sugar. Under normal lighting it is not very noticeable, but under the royal blues only it really pops. Is this something I should be worried about, or just injuries from their more frequent lovers quarrels? Any picture I have tried to take doesn't show up well. Any insight would be appreciated.

It's hard to be sure what you're looking at without seeing pic's ourselves, but it's common for mature pairs to have white lips at times. Chewing and biting on the rocks to clear a spot for spawning often leads to white lips. Maybe this is what you're seeing???????

Thanks for the response EC. I don't see them chewing or biting rocks, but they are biting each other. I will keep an eye on it and see if it goes away with time, unless anyone else thinks it might be something else.
