White "hue" came over damselfish

I tried snapping some pictures, but the little guy is just too quick. I noticed what appeared to be some spots, not necessarily white, almost redish/brown, maybe two to three over the course of the last 4 days. The fish seems to be acting "normal", he's always skiddish in a way. I took my water to the LFS and they said it was all ok, tested it at home and everything seemed in check.
Calcium is up, Trates are zero, KH is about 260.
I don't know what could be causing this, or what it exactly is if anything.
It's a pretty big damselfish, about 2 inches and the only fish in my 75 gal DT. I have a GBTA that's been going for a couple weeks now, could that have something to do with it? Any input or advice anyone could help me out here on what action to take?

Ok, managed to get a good picture of him, I feel so bad for the little guy.
Can someone tell me if this is ich or what is going on. I can set up a full out QT tank tomorrow when I get out of work and have him in there by night time tomorrow.

It doesnt look like ich at all, his fins and eyes look completely clear. Ich is small white dots, not red/brown blemishes.

Is there other fish in the tank with him? It looks a little like he is just getting beat up.

I knew that would come up as soon as I looked over my post. Weird thing is, their is no other fish with it...Just a Green bubble and torch coral and it doesn't seem to go near either of them, not that it looks like that is doing the damage.
It does seem like it has been "twitching" more often than some yesterday.
My salinity is always spot on.
I did get a new heater last week after realizing mine was dialed in right but not giving proper temperature. Possibly it is making him "twitch" more and be more active and he's slamming himself into the rocks? IDK, just thinking.

What do you think is wrong?

Looks like Uronema or Red Band Disease and its very common on chromis/damsels. Google the disease to specifically ID it and find a cure.

I'm willing to bet it's Uronema. I'm going to setup a QT tomorrow and hopefully put him in there with some copper sulfate after it settles in a couple days.
