white inside of my clownfishes mouth?

I was wondering if anyone could help me. A couple of days ago i purchased a pair of true percs, However I did not notice while in the shop that the smaller male always has his mouth open. Also if you look inside his mouth he has a white substance on the bottom jaw iniside the mouth and also on his lips. There are no exsternal signs of anything.

The fish is eating and swimming arround but does seem to twitch now and then which looks the same as when hes eating something.

I've been trying to get a photo but everytime i get close he starts to do the clownfish bobbing which makes a clear picture almost impossible.

Does anyone have an idea what it could be? my first thought was fungus but ive read its not common in saltwater fish.

Thanks for any help

Well I did some searching on the web and found a photo that looks the same as whats happening to my fish. Hopefully this will help someone work out whats going on.
