White Jelly Fish like something on my cap

I was in my den working and everything was good to go, start watching the hockey game and came back in 30min later. Then this was on my cap - no idea what it is, all fish are accounted for. It is white, looks sticky as it is sticking to the cap and is white with small white dots. Sorry for the crappy pic it was with my phone. Any ideas?

I have a 40B with a mix of sofites and SPS, all water peramiters(sp?) are perfect

Is it moving? Is it dead or alive? From the photo it looks like it's being burnt by the monti.

It is mooing from water flow, not by itself - I would say it is not living

Perhaps something died and lied on the monti, then the monti began to burn it and it became what it looks like now.

Either case, it's a good idea to remove it (if it's indeed dead), and take a closer look. Maybe it's one of your fishes (count again? :lol
