White nodule has not fallen off clownfish even after 3 weeks

I bought a wild caught oscellarus clownfish with a white nodule on the clear part his pelvic fin. Looks like ich but over the three weeks I've had him. Only one more white nodule has appeared and it's on the clear part of his pectoral fin.

If this was ich shouldn't he have more white spots? Why hasn't any of the white nodules fallen off? I have been treating the hospital tank with Cupramine for the past week now.

He is in there with another clownfish but the other clownfish does not show any symptoms of ich or any disease.

Sounds like Lymphocystis; see pic below for comparison.

Hmm they're not that big probably the size of a salt grain. Has not grown. Would copper treat lymphocytes if it is?

Lympho is a virus which will usually go away on it's own. Copper does not treat it. The "size of a salt grain" sounds more like Ich, but the "white nodule" would not remain in the same spot for three weeks if it was Ich. Being you are only seeing this on the fins is another sign it's just Lymphocystis. But do post a pic if you can.
