White poop coming from clownfish.

I am assuming this is internal parasites. The poop is actually very white. I noticed this yesterday. I have Metronidazole Powder and I have a product call Paracide -D. Heres a link on in. I have used this combo on freshwater fish with great success. I just want to make sure its ok for salt water fish.

Is Metro safe for salt water fish?
