White spec clownfish parasite

So there appears to be some sort of white parasite on my clownfish.....I don't think it's icky bc it's only 2 or 3 spots.....does anyone know what it is and how I can get rid of it....the only mess I have are prazipro

Also I heard blue neon gobies will eat parasites.....is this true and do u think he would clean the clownfish

How long have you had the clowns? Did you QT? What and when was the last thing added? Are the spots moving or getting larger? Neon gobies won't help anything long term

I got them 3 months ago they were my first fish....they aren't getting bigger but I think he may have gone from 2 to 3 spots
