I have a newer tank, 5 months, and in the last few days I have noticed a few things. A few days ago, my ph got a little high, due to evap and kalk reactor around 8.6. One monti digi has shown little to no PE since then, but I can see he is still alive, trying to extend. Everything else was unaffected by the event. Now 4 days later, I am noticing a few white, or lighter spots on some corals, mostly my 2 monti caps. Does not appear to be bleaching, just faded areas with less PE. Paramters are all normal. PH is around 8.3-8.4 constantly. Any ideas? I will have a calcium reactor by this weekend to help manage PH.
