You are correct. They will verify once the order is placed and use it if it's valid. If you use paypal, you don't have to setup a card on file, but it's 2 more clicks.

Fastest way is to have a card on file and then it's only 2 clicks and you're done.
 
Yeah was going to try for this one today but with all this chatter I won't even attempt it on this one. I will check and see how many QM has

You are assuming your fish will live through your QT. Not always the case unfortunately. Added to that, LADD will often extend their warranty, depending on the fish/circumstances. It's all just not as straight forward as you think.

100% agree! Best chance of survival is thru LA IMO.

Don't mind the bad Cyano outbreak, tank is still pretty new and am working on getting my nitrates under control (currently 25 ppm).

They absolutely do, and with my recent bad luck with starting CP I couldn't agree with you more. Depending on the fish it's worth every penny. I just wish they would offer more fish like this not thru DD and just there LA or collectors corner. I want a false personifer too, but I can pay literally half the price LA is asking for a female for a male so you see where the delema comes in
 
Every single fish you buy lives through QT, regardless of source? Well congrats, you have a better success rate than me... and most, I guess.

Then buy it.... it's not a competition :) FWIW I've bought fish for dirt cheap from Petco, and most did fine (my male meredithi angel is a great example). But the ones that did not, I'm out the money...., so....

Peter, you took my quote of they absolutely do as the fish living thru QT... I was agreeing with what you were saying about DD... Haha I wish all fish regardless of where they were sourced from lived thru QT. So no I have the same luck as the rest of us. I'm by no means the "fish whisperer"
