Who has bio cube experience

So I have a bio cube 14 set up and I would really like to do a led set up on it I know there are kits but has anyone ever done a retrofit or maybe have a better idea thanks.

I have a 29 with Steve's retrofit, I bought it like that but it seems pretty straight foward

I have a bio cube 29,with a led retrofit. I cut the canopy with a diamond blade rotary tool. I cut out a 10 x18 hole in the canopy. I cut out all existing lighting components and electrcal . I hang the light with the wire hanging kit and my arctic t-247 fits into the hood perfectly and looks clean. The light is only suspended 3 inches above the water but its a SPs tank so the par is great.

I raised the light up a few inches so you could see the hole I made in the canopy. The front lid opening still works and the heat from led is not significant. When the light is lowered it fits flush with the canopy .

Ffmedic are you trying to put them all back under the hood or do you want to run no hood similar to shades. If you want to run under the hood to give the stock b.c. Look check out rapid Led they have a kit for that tank it is under retrofit kits for nanos
