Who is the bully?

Thanks for reading, I have a 70 gallon reef tank with a bulling problem but I cannot identify who´s the bully in between these two:

Saddle Back Clown
Mystery Wrasse

The others are:

2 Perculas
1 Pajama Cardinal
1 Mckorsky Wrasse
2 Gobies

Saddle back i had one and he was the bullie of all the other fish

Which one gets chased and by who?

Actually, it could be either. If I had to bet, if the fish being bullied is the flasher wrasse, I would bet on the Mystery Wrasse. However, having three clowns is not going to work. If the clowns are being bullied, it is the saddle back clown for absolute surety.
