Alas, something positive. I am hopeful that whatever your problem was...it can now be rectified.

Ray sounds like very reasonable person. I just hope we can resolve my issue.
But unfortunately as a new owner Ray can do so much.
From what I know software I have is not finish Took many hours and very high knowledge and finish it up will cost thousands of dollars.
And Ray is not obligated to do it,because I was dealing with ghosts company.
And this was knowledge by Ray.
What the good News is for you ,me and another customers there is a very good chance that we are entitled for the refund from the old owner of ReefTechLed.com(Internet ghost company).

I have every intention of supporting to the best of my ability the 2010-2011 customers with a software solution that will provide them the following:

1. PC/Mac control of their lamps
2. iOS/Android solutions if possible.
3. Wifi solution.
4. Warranty work on all lamps purchased through authorized retailers or direct purchases.

I hope that clears things up and I look forward and would appreciate if people who have concerns or questions contact us directly via our website.

what is the link to the new site.
I have been emailing the guy from reeftech about getting a fan replaced that is not working and a new board for one of the lights that has stopped working. I have only had the lights for about 4 months now. I have emailed a few times and it has been 2 weeks. No replacement parts yet have come. After reading some posts it sounds as if he might not work with them anymore and I can not find their website. I hope I can get a hold of someone to get them fixed or its a lot of money wasted on lights that are not working correctly after just 4 months of use.

How do I find out if I was dealing with a ghost company? Does that mean that I am stuck with only 5 boards working and not the 6th and a bad fan. If so that sucks cause that end of the unit gets hot without the fan running and will soon probably burn out as well.
