Who keeps critters in super-high flow?

And what do you keep? Are shrimp OK with it? Are there any small fish that inhabit the surf or reef crest constantly that would be ok to keep?

I'm just concerned about animals getting tired or stressed, or confined to one small area in which they feel comfortable.

I had a 29g with pretty ridiculous flow a maxi 1200 with big sureflow mod, koralia 4 3 and 3 and 600gph return. And kept many small fish from gobys cromis clowns bassets and wrasses, they all could swim right up to all the power heads. I also had shrimp crabs snails.

Pretty cool - I figured I had enough flow to keep any fish hunkered down to the bottom! I really want to keep shrimp, but I want them to be able to move all around and do their thing.
