It looks absolutely nothing like any Pavona coral I've ever seen. It's a Fungia or Heliofungia coral.

Fungia for sure, the way it's extending the tentacles as well as the growth pattern of the plate. Hence the name Plate Coral

Just to play devil's advocate, I can't tell for sure from the pic but it COULD be a Lithophyllon. If it's free living and disc shaped it's a fungia. If it's an encrusting coral that grows on the rocks it's a litho.
