Who makes the best bulkheads?

Light, this hopefully is 100% taken care of- but I would have to be a pretty bad person not to mention this.... Do you have any diagonal bracing on your metal stand? I just got done with hours of research before building mine- and I don't see the rule of triangles on yours. I would hate to see the stand go "pop" and collapse as is very likely if there are no diagonal supports.

I believe a SCH 80 requires a bigger hole so if you're changing from 40's to 80's, you'll need to make the holes in your tank bigger.

thanks- my 1" holes are good.. but I have been looking for a router to widen my 2incher up.
